Case Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Driver/Case Manager for our Gallipolis Residential Treatment Center and
Transitional/Sober Living clients. We have a very rewarding program which is clinically-based with faith-based option. We provide our clients access to community resources and transportation to various locations (dentists, optometrists, courts, etc.) both in town and out of town using our company vehicles. We are seeking employees for long term, as well as people seeking opportunities for personal growth. We have a large Residential Treatment Facility and many Transitional/Sober Living apartments behind it, as well as a medical office, onsite mental health management and lab/urine draws onsite all here on one three-acre campus with outstanding program results. Candidates must have less than 6 points on their driver's license with no accidents, be able to pass a BCI/FBI Background check as well as clearing drug screening randomly, and will need to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
CDCA
Position Overview
Seeking a CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) in Gallipolis, Ohio with a
passion for helping individuals in recovery from substance abuse to join our team. We manage
all ASAM levels of care except acute detoxification, all on one campus. We have very client-centered programs with onsite mental health and medical management, with goals of client accountability and independence.
Responsibilities
– Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs
– Manage client groups, case management and individual counseling sessions
– Provide direct support and assistance to patients in their recovery journey
– Collaborate with the clinical management team to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans
– Utilize various counseling techniques we shal train tailored to each client case
– Manage cases and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
– Utilize de-escalation and behavior management strategies to support clients in crisis situations
Qualifications
– Certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), we can fully train a strong candidate
-Not on any controlled drugs or medications, marijuana products or MAT such as Suboxone,
Sublocade or Brixadi
House Monitor
Job Description
We have evening and weekend Residential House Monitor positions in our Substance Use Disorders facility watching over the Residential building/clients and its cameras and residents for second shifts, to include some weekend hours. This is a calm, respectful facility with generally well – mannered adult clients of both genders who are in recovery. Veteran status is a bonus. We have various onsite resources available – a commercial kitchen, recreational facilities and a computer lab. There have been no violent behaviors allowed. The building has both sprinkler and security systems. This is a position which requires the employee to be mature, awake and observant at all times, and we have recorded video cameras throughout the common space interior and the exterior of the facility, all captured on one monitor for staff viewing/monitoring. Must be drug/alcohol/THC and Buprenorphine free. Please have a voice mail to leave message on should you not answer/monitor telephone calls.
